Hello Marrise I honestly think the less things one takes the better it is. As you say yourself all these additives are very expensive, the seller is not going to talk his product down. I do hope that at last you have found something genuinely favourable. Ideally it should make you feel happy as well..

for the acid...try a teaspoon of baking powder in a glass of warm water
tastes funny and it will fizz but drink it down quick once a day until you feel better.
