Lustor

The whole story is that on Easter Jesus rose leaving the man part of him and again became totally God, having forgiven all our sins if we acknowledge them and invite him to be our savior. Any sort of meal is fine. Most of us do that but this year we are not. We will do our sermons for the Nursing home and then go to church with thanksgiving. Love and Happy Easter regardless.

Happy Easter to you, too! And I would just do what makes you the most comfortable! For me it's not about the meal because the Lord is risen! sam

as long as you celebrate even if it is just you

and you do it in your heart.  even if we are alone, the reason to celebrate is still there.  i like kabu's suggestion, celebrate with someone that would be alone too otherwise.

Your post hear is very pretty.  I have a feeling you will manage to do something very nice for Easter.

That's a shame they have to work, but you're right . . . Easter Sunday is Easter Sunday. Hard to imagine celebrating it on any other day! I hope you can come up with some kind of compromise . . .

My family and I are celebrating Easter on Saturday night. It feels weird to me too.
