The most important thing obviously is that you lost weight instead of gaining it! Yeah, and I guess this is as good a time as any to finally ditch that "yucky" soup, or at least to alter it to make it somewhat more tolerable . . .

And now the weather is nice enough to get out there and exercise, which is what is needed to keep the pounds off - right?

I think most people (at least women) would rather try Dr. Oz's Garcinia Cambogia than WileyJohn's soup.

Johnny’s Fat Burning Soup

2 cans diced or crushed tomatoes.

6 green onions chopped.

1 large or 2 small cans of beef broth

1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix. (dry)

1 bunch of celery

2 green peppers

2 lbs. Carrots

Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, bouillon or hot sauce. Cut veggies in small to medium pieces, cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes, then reduce to simmer. Continue simmering until veggies are tender. Add remaining ingredients.

This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you are going to be out during the day.

Water weight... yeah...

It makes a considerable difference, and the bottom line is you walk around those pounds lighter.
