As and experienced dieter I shall bust your heady balloon of losing 6 1/2 Lbs. 3 lbs of that was liquid you realize. Good luck pard.

I wish it would help that I am on he sidelines pushing for you. I know you are working so hard.You allthi handclapping and whistling that is coming from far down South, that's me.

I don't know, but except for the soup, your diet sounds like

a privilege rather than a pain in the behind. And to lose weight too! Way to go, Naut!

That salmon sounds scrumptious.  I could eat one if I could get at one.  The only salmon I have left around here is canned salmon because that's the kind Son loves to eat on crackers.  I ate my last salmon burger two days ago.  It was great, but not nearly as good sounding as what you talk about.  I had fresh basil and chopped jalapenos on that one and it was cooked in a cast iron skillet.
