no I like my beef steak rare but not a fish of any kind....I will have

Mm-yum! I could easily join you in that menu. The Japanese soya sauce is the only kind our family will use. I think that it usual in a diet though, Naut, that you lose a couple of pounds quickly, then after a few days it comes off slower, but sure. That's how weight watcher's diet worked if I remember right.

Sounds like you're still on the right track. And believe it or not, I can imagine someone not liking raw fish! Me neither . . .
