I sure would like to see a rainbow over the snow, with some heat to melt that white stuff luv.

Today is a strangely lit day--snow covered everywhere and so bright one cannot stand to look out the window. The sky is still cloud covered and bits of snow still coming down, but it's as if it must be a very thin layer of clouds and a brilliant sun shining through. I keep frowning even inside. I heard no thunder though, this time.

Nice memories! I have never experienced 'thunder snow', or a snowy rainbow; but last year I saw a brilliant double rainbow against the background of a very dark, purplish cloud - magnificent...

I know that road... Hwy 12...
I remember two trees a few miles east of Morton and on the north side of the road, on a hill, that had grown twined together, a romantic image. They finally succumbed to time, and if there's anything left of them, it's only remnants. I haven't been that way in a while. I also remember early spring, the sudden splashes of white or pink break the evergreen landscape: wild cherries, blooming.

I see the Dunany Demons are out and about again...or maybe they have American cousins.
Moments like that on the bridge are a joy to remember. I have some of those, and tend to search for them whenever things get difficult. They are soothing.
