To keep weight from gaining on my midsection I drink a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon daily and it really works! Also, I refrain from dieting due to my regime as well! I stay at my prescribed weight! Also, it reduces the bad cholestrol my body loves to manufacture, too! sam

And while i'm at it, I can only dream of fitting into a 34" waist. That's downright slim...

A diet like that at this age and I'll be visitin' you on blueberry hill. Oh yeah, I've lost 4lbs in 5 weeks. LOL Good for you but foolish old chap. Let your body go just keep your mind.

Sounds like you are hanging in there and doing really good.  How much did you say you hope to lose before you can start eating normal again?

Geez, Naut - I bet many are wishing that the snow would melt as quickly as your pounds do... BTW, Wiley's soup is delicious - I printed it and tried it.
