Wow - 4 1/2 pounds in that short of time is good! Are you in the size 34 yet? So that you can eat real food again?

Hey, going down 4 1/2 pounds is certainly better than going up 4 1/2 pounds! And you're probably right about the ballet school! Besides, I don't think you'd like the attire . . .

I am a fan of bananas! Just hang in there (that's what I am told with my home purchase) and the results will offset anything you are going through now! sam

Four and a half pounds. Nice work.

And I agree with Kabu about the soup. Wiley posted his fat-burning soup recipe a couple seasons back, and it does make dieting less miserable.

I have a great idea for the soup. Trudge through the snow carrying that

hefty pot as far as you can go......then dig a hole with your gloved hands and pour the rotten stuff and cover it up. Let it sit there until a coyote or the crows find it.

All the exercise that you get will help you lose todays weight....then make yourself a really nice vegetable soup with herbs and spices for flavour...and just a dash of red wine...it will work just as well as that disaster you are drinking at present and you can actually enjoy it!!
