Hmmm - not sure I could stick to that menu. I found the weight watchers diet a good one, but I still believe that the best thing to lose weight is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and eat moderately.

Your diet depresses ME...

and it's good you've lost weight. But one day you'll be eating regular again... what then?

That stuff in the blender reads like the disgusting blended stuff

outr poor darkings in the nursing home used to have to swallow if they couldn't chew food and swallow lumps of food any more. No way am I going to try that.

I had a bowl of my cereal this morning with my fresh strawberries and half a banana...(we share) and covered with 1% Milk....now I am going to have my multi grain roll with cheese and pickle and an apple. Will I have coffee or water....i will think about that...tonight well, vegetables chicken and noodles I think.

But you stick to your baked potatoe
