i don't think i have ever heard a man say those either....i have heard the one about asking for directions but i actually know men who will ask...my hubby included....I alternate heat and cold to help get the muscles moving....

A friend of mine used something called Nurofen Heat Packs for a bout of pack pain he had recently, and he says they worked well. Of course, it all depends on the cause of the pain...

Sam you have mail....LOL....and have you tried a cold pack on the middle of
your back????? not necessarily where it is hurting but the middle for about 20 minutes, try to reduce the inflamation. It works on our Wiley.
