LOL...serves them right if they draw a silly conclusion but if you settle
down and think about it people will find themselves answering to crazy accusations. Like you, for myself I don't care. I am not doing anything that I am ashamed of and feel too elderly to care who knows what of me. I am past my due by date so nobody is very interested any more.

Just to confound them, a little,
I often pay by cash: get money out of my account, and pay cash for just about everything. I think it all revolves around greed, starting with the profits-driven economics to which we have become not so much customer as commodity, and moved on from there to the power-greedy.

Re: JimmyA
It doesn't matter whether a person Titters or Tweets or Facebooks, they are gonna get you anyway. Every company you deal with has a computer. They know what kind of medicine you take, what kind of food you buy, what you pay for your rent/payment, what kind of car you drive, utilities, what you give to your church, when and where you go on vacation, where you are at every moment if you have a cell phone and carry it, etc., etc. One might as well go ahead and have fun with the computer as long as what you do is legal.

Yeah, I agree that much information is being gathered by the faceless drones who feel the need to control and intrude on our lives. But some people seem to ask for it! Facebook, Twitter, Blackberries . . . do people have to put out so much information about themselves to so many other people? Winston Smith had trouble accepting his lot in life too . . .

It's the Gravity Shoes! Once you've bought those and wear them, you've become on of them - remember The Body Snatchers? But you'll never get me into those Gravity Shoes, so I'm safe...hehehehehe...

Tracked, labeled, marketed to...
Is it better than being invisible, ignored, unnoticed? (probably not)
