That's why I do not let anyone take money automatically from my accounts! It's the best way to keep on top of things, perhaps you could pay online at their site! I do that quite a bit with my bills! Saves confusion and a hassle down the road! sam

Companies don't seem to care much about their customers or their money, it's all employees that have no work at low pay I think

Yeah, we all hope that everyone is doing their jobs properly in any capacity, but unfortunately that's not always the case! I guess you should just be thankful that the error involved a minimal amount of money, and not thousands of dollars, which may have turned into a nightmare . . . !

properly these days. Wiley is right now going through our monthly Bills so far for March ensuring nothing is messed up. He does this every couple of weeks. It is tiring but I do appreciate him ..I always did it in Australia. But one shouldn't have to do this.
