I hope that you feel better. From what I have heard, bad backs are absoloutely horrible to experience.

When you’re lost in the Wild, and you’re scared as a child,

And Death looks you bang in the eye,

And you’re sore as a boil, it’s according to Hoyle

To cock your revolver and….die.

But the Code of a Man says: “fight all you can.”

And self-dissolution is barred.

In hunger and woe, oh, it’s easy to blow…

It’s the hell-served-for-breakfast that’s hard.

“You’re sick of the game!” Well, now, that’s a shame,

You’re young and you’re brave and you’re bright.

“You’ve had a raw deal!” I know-but don’t squeal,

Buck up, do your damnedest, and fight.

It’s the plugging away that will win you the day,

So don’t be a piker, old pard !

Just draw on your grit; it’s so easy to quit:

It’s the keeping-your-chin-up that’s hard.

It’s easy to cry that you’re beaten-and die;

It’s easy to crawfish and crawl;

But to fight and to fight when hope’s out of sight-

Why, that’s the best game of them all!

And though you come out of each gruelling bout,

All broken and beaten and scarred,

Just have one more try-it’s dead easy to die,

It’s keeping-on-living that’s hard.

The Quitter (Which you are not)

Robert Service

Depending on the type of injury, some pain relief (inflammation) and rest may be in order .  I go to a chirocpractor once a month myself.

Yeah, I suppose an aching back goes hand in hand with most house work . . . er . . . garage work! Hope it gets better soon. And hey, a lot of baseball teams are looking for backup catchers during their spring training camps. Take a shot . . .

Backs are meant to ache. one must not wrench shelves about if one has not done the same thing for a decade, all this is extra strain on your muscles. The consensus appears to be that you should look for another gem, it would take the pressure off. Solicitors appear to work in a slow time frame, if it is in the frame for them. Chin up Sam.

Not only blushing, but tongue-tied already!!If my mouthing off about incompetent agents is helping, that's kool. LOL!! You and my friend here, who is going through a similar ordeal, are paragons of patience. Hopefully you'll both have reasons to celebrate this weekend....

So sorry about the back.  I think you are supposed to stay in bed for two weeks after you hurt your back, but it doesn't sound like you are anywhere near a bed.

I sure hope you get over your back problems soon! And with the house - well, difficult as it may be, because I know you had your heart set on this one, but it may be best to start looking elsewhere...

yes I agree, adnohr is a special person and very giving and loving....

i know that this house seems to be the only one in your price range of this quality...but it seems to me that it is time to go talk to Legal aid...to me it seems that someone is taking you round and round the Mulberry bush.
