It will have to resolve in the next month or two I would think.  I doubt you have any legal obligation to stay with it when it has dragged out this long, although you want to stay with it anyway.  You sound very clever about the shelves.  Good for your family and you to get through this together.

sam...

the two agents sound like they're playng tag with your time!  An attorney just might wake them up, and I'd definitely give it some serious thought...

I have to agree with Wiley. If you don't have news by the w-end, legal advice might be a good idea.

Right about now I'd get some legal advice I think Sam.

sam

Have you ever read Samuel Beckett's play, Waiting for Godot? It has sometimes been called an (intentionally) absurd play - maybe you could write a play Waiting for a House, there seems to be plenty of absurdity involved! Of course, Godot never showed up - at least you have seen the house...

And the day after that, and the day after that . . . like you said, you're in way too deep to give up now! What's next after the shelves?

Hope this wait ends soon and you have the house you have waited for

Yes Sam but hold on houses are slowly creeping up in value, you do not want to miss this one as frustrating as it appears to be.
