Thank you very much. So far he just drinks water, not eating food, being stubborn about taking his meds, and obviously feeling like sh*t. My poor baby boy....

Let me commend you for taking a puppy from a shelter, and for taking him to the vet quickly. I keep my fingers crossed for the little guy to recover!
