On a twelve hour shift, make sure that you keep yourself hydrated. It may
also be psychological, facing 36 hours with very little rest which the closer to the end you get, the better you feel. You have my admiration for you never complain, just get your head down and do the work. Well done.

My work schedule is off Sunday, work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday, work Thursday through Saturday.

That may be more of a destructive pattern than you might think! Sleep deprivation can have serious impacts on your overall health! There's got to be a way to find more time for rest and sleep . . .

yes i think that might be it....i have the same problem at the stadium because we work 7 to 9 days in a row then off for a week...so disruptive
