Plumbing problems, whether they're inside the house or out in the yard, are almost always headaches! I hope your situation can be resolved quickly . . . and cheaply!

My neighborhood had a lot of problems with the pipes in the yard going up, faulty piping we were told. Unfortunately we could not sue because the builder had gone out of business, declaring bankruptcy on the way out.

good luck with the plumbing problem....we were lucky and it was outside of our property line as well
