This is crazy....a friend of mine now deceased got what she needed once
by camping in the office she needed to work for her. set uo he mini tent and camping gear and started making herself a cup of tea. She knew it was either jail or help coming her way, the office got off trheir Butt and she was organized by the end of the day.

I hate to be so blatant but, it does sound to me that you hired the wrong real estate firm to handle the selling of this house! Does the term "Micky Mouse Operation" come to mind . . . ?

Oh yes, it will end one day. You should maybe get details concerning the 'friend' - name, e-mail, telephone number? And make sure this friend has your info too, in case the seller's bank does call. BTW - did you see the Wings may be in the same division as the Habs next year? How kool!
