what a beautiful baby!!!!! and they are so smart to buy that home close to family while dad is away. that way baby has a village to help mom cope. wishing them the best and a fast, safe return of babys daddy.

awwww she is so precious! I totally understand what they are going through...my son is in romania with his family for 2 years after 6 years of being deployed here and there overseas....best of luck to them

Always remember . . . there's a difference between a house, and a home! A house is a tangible structure, while a home is a state of mind! Be happy with a roof over your head, and make that house a home! And with that little beauty, it should be easy!

glad they got that home, but I am surprised they gave them a loan since he is being deployed, adorable baby. I know she wont be quit so lonesome with the family around.

Best move they could make - having family around makes things much easier. I was hoping Peter wouldn't be deployed again too. That is one sweet, smiley little girl!!

I was hoping we'd never send any more of our warriors to Afghanistan.
I also have a Marine grandson at 29, and a beautiful great grandbaby there. Maybe they even know each other, because the young moms seem to spend time letting their little ones socialize. Marines and their wives tend to support one another. I'm happy your little granddaughter-in-law will be near family this time.
