It is your duty to snuggle down and not risk your health, read watch tv and
eat. We have had a real wild day up here. The wind chill factor was horrific.

You're absolutely right! Here in New Jersey, we've already had our experiences with that type of weather! The best you can do is be prepared for the worst . . . just in case!
