nice post my friend. I suppose people who just up and quit would be
sorry afterwards, I agree that it is good to leave a place properly and without leavinv a bad feeling behind. You have really admirable work ethics.

Yes, I'm sure that there are certain protocols to follow when leaving any place of employment. But depending on the circumstances, I have seen people quit abruptly, with or without something else lined up. Giving advanced notice to your employer may normally be proper, but sometimes the employer may be a bit of a Scrooge who forced the employee's hand, and doesn't necessarily deserve this courtesy. Every situation is different . . .
