I can't believe how much patience you have. Again I wish good things turn your way for a change

I honestly can't think of a reason to celebrate political leaders, but then we celebrate the attempt to blow up parliament...  perhaps phone calls and emails are the wrong way to go, perhaps she should give notes to huge guys with knife scars and ask them to wait there for a response.

Might be a good idea to keep looking Sam, houses are going to increase in price eventually.

I hope the seller is not holding back. I would want the cash if I were selling, although  there may be other reasons, such as Board  meetings to approve the sale ,it is frustrating

to wait I know.

Wouldn't it be nice if we all had jobs or careers where we could vote ourselves paid holidays, as well as pay increases, whenever we wanted? I'd be a millionaire by now working one day a month . . .

I think I would also mention to my agent that the waiting without nformation is too long so I have started looking elsewhere in the meantime.

It is all questionable lately, I have not been that fond of the Presidents for the last decade, but respect their position and hard work.  I think you are smart to keep your options open on other houses since it seems "off" not to hear anything for this long.  I pray it all works for your good either way.   There may be something else you like just as well out there if this does not pan out that has other features you like, or this might come through at the last minute. I would guess a nonchalant attitude and looking elsewhere could be a good defense against the unforseen wait.

If they did that then the Declaration of Independence would be celebrated on July 5 love. BC-A, Bill’s R®st
