people do tire of the same old same old same and I suppose when something
new comes along they all try it. Business is really competitive and very difficult to make a living from for very long, unless you are selling something that you can keep upgrading.

It's interesting to see what businesses make it and what businesses do not.

Well, they're trying! It reminds me of an image I saw some time ago of a small fish being trailed by a larger fish, who had its mouth agape, ready to devour the smaller fish. However, behind that large fish was an even larger fish, ready to devour him, and so on and so on . . . In my old hometown many moons ago, there was a home goods store called Pergaments, and if you needed anything for home repairs, this was the place to go. Then a Rickel's opened up across the street, and within a year, Pergaments was gone! About ten years later, a Home Depot opened up down the street from the Rickel's, and soon, the Rickel's was gone! The business world is tough sometimes. I guess the "Dog Eat Dog" mentality is still alive and well . . .
