Re:

Thank you dear, I know none of us like taking advice, but I do feel concerned like Kabu when someone we like feels down at heart. Take care.

Re:Pat

Just a number these days Pat they make redundancies  and choose the easiest way out.

Yes she is a smart girl our little Wolfy. A little secret I copied that old English poet who wrote about bombs falling on Slough. John Betjeman he wrote about a girl with along name , but she was a blue stocking, so I claimed some one more exciting.

ReKabu

Excellent per usual, CC...I'm glad Archie caught the lemonade!

The poem was great! And, I love how he bounced back from the initial bad news! I know he is going to be just fine! sam

Archie may come to enjoy what at first was an unpleasant surprise! And, as always, your W.D. poem is a gem...

I like the way Archie thinks! One door closes, another opens, and everything happens for a reason. I love the Wolfey Dunn poems too. This was a giggle!

well they don't deserve Archie and they will be hard put to replace him

with someone as loyal and reliable...and good for archie for realizing that he has had enough.

He will probably get plenty of Summer work to see him through anyway.

Miss Dunn poem is priceless.

Archie, if he can work as hard as he's been doing, would be

an asset to any employer, and it's too bad some misunderstanding led to the loss of his job. However, if the boss didn't realize what a good man he had, and if he doesn't stand by his productive workers, he deserves to be stuck with whatever entitled and selfish youngsters condescend to apply for the vacancy.

I am sorry for the Archie situation I guess, but glad he got out of something bad.  That is good of him to make the best and see the good; I am going to be more that way all the time.  My situations are such that a reputable car dealer will be the one that will work, although I will surely eat more fruits and vegs and in fact, already have been.  Thank you for your concern, God Bless.
