Perhaps the reading was just a fluctuation. I'm sure you were being as careful as possible, and perhaps the next reading will be better! I hope so . . .

As others told you, don't get discouraged... That percentage can go up in a few hours if you misbehaved a little the last meal before the test. It could also be a mistake. Keep doing the best you can with your diet and if I Were you I would ask to be re-tested when you go back in April. Also, like Kabu said, look for the hidden carbohydrates in the things you eat. Sometimes they do not say it out right in the label but they have other weird names... Fresh food and veggies rather than packaged ones are the best. Good luck my friend and take care of you. xoxoxo

food with sugar added. no fast foods no fancy sauces. It is a terrible disease, one feels well but is is damaging the organs quietly inside the body. You are important to us and we need you to take care of you.
