Maybe they should write a whole new document, it sounds so squirrely, I hope you don't need a lawyer to look it over before you sign it. Hope this is resolved soon!

It has been snowing hard all day and now at night time it is even

I hope we can have a great weekend here in Jersey, but it doesn't look like it's going to be one! I'm already anticipating having to spend most of my Saturday digging out! As long as we don't lose power again . . . !
