It is interesting how the outside that we see of a person and the inside of the same person fit together.

I wrote this some time ago, it is about PTSD and addiction...It's okay. Didn't mean to scare anybody I was just in a hurry to post and picked a piece that I should have made some changes in.

Powerful poem... raw and honest. if its current, if that black abysm is lurking ever so close... don't wait my friend... You are not alone. Take refuge in those who love you and seek help. We all have our crosses to bear but the weight of them gets easier when we share it. G-d bless you. xoxoxo

Well I certainly see a man of integrity, and a man who can define his very soul. I see a man, as I see another Man, who has picked up his cross and follows Him. He who will never let you or me down. God Bless you my friend.

A powerful poem that sounds like a cry for help - and I sincerely hope you find it; if nowhere else, at least in your faith...
