- Go to A cupcake birthday...
The madness goes on, but it was so unlikely that child would survive and a little miracle
that he did.

It is always worth celebrating when the good guys win, but the beans and ham wouldn't hurt.

I like happy dances! At the same time, the fellow who killed the bus driver and held the boy hostage was a soldier who had won bravery medals for his stint in Vietnam. You have to wonder what part his probable horrible memories played. what he was going through to get to that sad, sad place where he would do such a thing.....

It's nice to have something wonderful like that to celebrate, but I think you may need more than one cupcake!

It would have been difficult to think up a story like that one for a writer. Truth is sometime stranger than fiction. I'm so glad the little boy made it through.

We too had been following that drama, and were tremendously relieved when we found out the little guy was safe! Happy Birthday to Ethan, and I hope this experience will not have damaged him in any way...
