happy Monday back to you dear friend. Glad brother is finally on the mend
and those stents today really do work. Wiley has had his for 5 years now and going well.
And you are taking better care of your exercise than me at present...a dance class would probably put me in hospital. LOL

I drink a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon daily because my body manufactures bad cholesterol which will create the blockage to the heart! The last time I had my check up my cholesterol was nearly perfect! Perhaps that is something you could do to avoid the blockage, just a thought! sam
