The trouble is Jay perhaps you area bit too impatient,

 I think we are in a a different and difficult time with Blogit. There are just not enough people on the site. As I have told you before if I do not get much response I stop posting on the site until I do. I actually feel that your poetry is more attractive to the ladies. Not that I mind if you are a two headed dwarf. Absence makes the heart grow  fonder. Over the top Jay The old sergeants would shout as the men fell backwards riddled with bullets.

Who would have thought that a refuse to be drawn into political differences

on Blogit female, would enjoy this fabulous poem on a weekend....LOL. It is indeed very special and we know that you are a loving sensitive man, a poet and a brave person!!!

actually I believe that we should all repost some of our best of the best because it is worth more than one little click.

Well I can see why you chose this poem, Jay - Simply stunning, my friend!

That picture is so sweet and unique.. From an Independent ...:) And I never thought about readership dropping off on week-ends but you are right.  Wonderful how poetry can transcend any differences..
