I find in Canada in the Winter i have to take the big D pills. I thought a

life time in Australia would mean I had enough in my body but it drains away and I start my pills when the days start getting too short and the sun so far away and keep going until I can get out into my garden.

I did not think of a lack of Vitamin being a potential reason for the headaches.
