You should always take health issues seriously, because sometimes you just never know what exactly is going on until you're under examination. What many people don't realize is that, on occasion, a blood vessel can become blocked for a split second, causing slight pressure. But the headache actually results from the blockage suddenly clearing, and the blood flow returning to normal. In that second is when the headache starts! Every night, I take a low-dosage 81 mg aspirin to help keep my blood relatively thin ( doctor recommended ) and I very rarely get headaches anymore!
