AWESOME, (more as a passenger!) PICUTRES. The poem describes them. How great it must be to grow your own fresh herbs and have pheasants all around. We rarely see them here, if ever, but are blessed with many others.

Not much about on the roads Jay We could do with a few thousand miles of that kind of track. Yes your wife should have banged you around the ear, we get a hefty fine for using a mobile or even disqualification, having got that out of the way, it was some great scenes and I understand your emotions. Keep feeding the quail how wonderful.

I love this post.
There is nothing quite like driving through CO, UT, WY, NM, AZ anytime of year. Nothing like hiking when it is warm enough, sleeping under the stars, hot beans, biscuits and coffee over a campfire. You live in a wonderful place.
