I think I am in my own world when it comes to decorating that no one ever says anything about it

I find it's taking a long time too, Sam, but then I know nothing about procedures for short sales, or if things are processed differently in your country. But I do know everything happens for a reason.

If the dog becomes an issue you can get sonic pet scarers from amazon that emeit a high frequency blast when they detect heat and motion.  I use one to keep the cats out of my flower beds

It is a pain Sam, time is nothing to those nutters, no wonder things are in a mess everywhere. I just hope it is no more than incompetence. Although it is hardly moving weather. Try not to let it get you down.

Sam

Come on dear one look at your wonderful writing talent and all the ideas you have for decorating, must keep you busy until the last word is in. These short sales are a pain but we all want you to get the house you want and this is it. I shall pray for your joy. I will not pray for patience, because there are millions of things that can give you cause for patience. Love you and want to see you blessed.

Something tells me that you should start the rounds of looking for another

house. That might shake things up at least...everyone seems to been taken care of except you. Not fair. oh and I don'y quite see you with a fairy patio......

We have about 14 inches on the ground at home and I drove through it all the way to Denver and all the way home...I hate snow. I do feel bad for you Sam, but do remember that the good Lord moves in mysterious ways. I am sorry that I have fallen behind in my reading while in Denver as I forgot my lap top, but I am looking forward to getting caught up.

That's a shame that they're making you wait so long. It does sound like something fishy is going on, and I hope that's not the case! Yeah, snow in the desert . . . what's next, palm trees growing in Alaska?

Waiting is so cumbersome.  It's like a heavy weight on the shoulders.  I think I would get in bed and cover my head and sleep until I got the good news.

We got a load of snow a couple of days ago, but it's already melting away again - fine with me, LOL...Sorry about that delay with your house - but it may just be the normal bureaucratic snail's pace...

I still have great and dramatic memories from the big snows as a kid.  Good to let the neighbor kid have at it!!! the snow should have to go fairly soon.  The landlord would probably help you solve the animal concern, even if you move others will not want the situation.  Hope it all works for the best..

Reading this reminds me of when I was a kid and there was snow.
