You think of everything!! May I mention pipe insulation if there are any record days, for any pipes  you can get to.  They have served as nice apartment insulation for me, and very low cost.  I have had to be very red neck here, but I have maintained.

I don't have Carbon Monoxide dectors because my furnace systems are vented to the outside with no air seepage inward. Good luck luv.

Good luck with your home, but freezing pipes is the worst thing that can ever happen when you live in cold place. I have been in these situations. And hated it.

Pipes are freezing and furnaces are shutting down, both as a result of the cold weather...its good for these businesses, but not for the people who wake up in the middle of the night to a cold house....
