- Go to Depression is contagious.
So true. I've always heard that there is only one thing more contagious than enthusiasm...the lack of it.

A great poem today. I really dislike the adds with all the sad animals...For some reason I seem to feel more for the animals. In the old westerns the bad guy wasn't all bad in my mind until he shot the dog.

Like the news, all that mournful misery and you can't play in my yard
cos you think different to me....really gets me down. I like puppies and Kittens and little boys with play dates and little girls twirling their pretty frocks when they whirl and swirl around. I like Bamby and happily ever after...just like you.

And that's just one of the reasons I stopped watching commercials a long time ago. Life is difficult enough without a stupid commercial to bring me down! Always better to see and hear things that will cheer you up instead!

It's Robbie Burns Day, and I say to hell with depression! I'm gonna have some haggis tonight, and of course a dram or two of single malt...
