I too have seen the lists. Whenever someone presents a "healthy diet," fish is almost always mentioned. I try to eat as much as I can ( although I'm really not much of a seafood eater ). This recipe does sound tasty though . . .

Tasty recipe! I love salmon! When my son, the soldier, was young he would down to the creek on our property and catch salmon! My freezer always had plenty for us! Our dog at the time even fished!! I kid you not, we have pictures of him catching salmon, I might put those on my blog one day! sam

Wiley does wonderful cooking with Salmon...aren't i just a spoilt brat not
to ever cook fish. He always cooks all fish for us.
