The equivalent system is in place in my area for people who are frequently travelers back and forth between the United States and Canada.

They are convenient and time-saving if, as you say, you frequent toll roads that use them. Otherwise, the monthly fee makes them not worth while to have.

We don't have any toll roads anymore (that I know of) so I was not even aware of anything called an E-Z pass.

I expect we shall get them or something similiar, to help pay for the crumbling roads.

Can you emigine. I have only been on one toll road in my life...That streatch between no-where Kansas and Kansas city, Missouri.

yes, if you live in or around Sydney you need one of those. My hire car in

Australia last year had one of those and they just deducted ffrom my Visa Card. Very convenient.
