Why stop at crocodiles? Since there is already something similar like turtles, you should keep the "Everglade" concept going. Boxes of animal crackers boast a slew of zoo animals ( lions, tigers, giraffes, etc. ) Besides crocodiles, you could incorporate frogs, flamingos, a few snakes, some catfish, and maybe a snapping turtle or two. You could call them the "Sweet Creatures of the Swamps!" Huh? Huh? Most of these animals have bad reputations anyway, so a thick layer of chocolate might help to boost their moral!

I love it!! You could sell them like crazy as souvenirs here in Florida. All you really need is a clay mold of an alligator that can withstand the hot melting chocolate being poured in. I don't know much about inventions, but if you bought a patent through one of those patent websites, you could claim first rights to the idea and I think you could contest it if you saw someone else selling it. You should do it!! Send samples to some of the major tourist shops down here (I could help you get the addresses), and if they picked it up you could have yourself quite a business.

Next idea you have go to the Internet and research it. ON this one go to a local candy factory and take a tour, ask questions. Once you put your idea out there it is no longer yours without a patient...Stop it, these are things you can do on your own with very little outlay to get started. I don't know if your idea is a lucrative one or not, but if it was it wouldn't be yours very long if you tell folks about it before you have protected it legally.

I think you should present your idea to a candy or chocolate making company to sell your idea! I love it, too! sam
