I've always heard that, the best exercise for losing weight is to shake your head from side to side when offered seconds! Yes, people may not be as active in the winter, but that doesn't necessarily mean they have to eat so much more either! Keep going . . .

It seems as though you are doing fine as it is! I have a tendency to put on 5-8 pounds during the winter but it's quickly gone in the spring and I share in your sweet tooth! The holidays are awful for me but then I get past it and the cravings lessen! sam
