Obviously, communication is globally essential for all governments, and it would be nice to see such dialogue take place between every country on the planet. However, I get skeptical sometimes, and it appears that certain "parties" either have ulterior motives, or just their own best interests at heart. I'm not entirely sure about this one . . .

I think it is good to try and communicate with them and bring them more into the modern world. I hope it accomplished what they intended.
