Sounds like a delicious recipe.

Wonder if it would work with plain sliced onion rings.

Anything with cauliflower and cheese would easily end up on my plate.

That sounds so delicious I might try making it with fresh potatoes and onions sauted first... In Spain they make an omelet that is similar... but of course instead of the oven you would put all the ingredients into a frying pan with a tinny amount of olive oil smeared all about its surface and ad 4 or 5 beatten eggs... you cook it slowly for a few minutes, flip it for another 2 or 3 minutes and all done... tortilla de papas... which is a great Tapas :-)  but your baked dish sounds great for a dinner.  Thanks for sharing it xoxoxo

Excellent! I think the fries and onion rings are going to be left overs very frequently with this recipe! Kudos to you, too! sam

There ya go! Never throwing food away is an excellent habit to have! My parents grew up right after the depression and during WW II, and know full well the meaning behind "Take what you want . . . but eat what you take," and passed that attribute on to us. There's absolutely nothing wrong with left-overs, or any combination therein! Save those onion rings!

That sounds great. I'll try it when I have either of these. Be blessed.

Great! I'm definitely going to try that! I'll make just one small change: I'll use a clove of finely chopped garlic (or squeeze it through a garlic press) since I never use garlic powder...
