Well Naut I had lead soldiers once for Christmas, but even now when I see women pushng babies through exhaust fumes ,I shudder.

Lead may have been the downfall of Rome, too...
something I wrote about, in fact, recently. Yes, lead ingestion does contribute to agression and loss of intelligence.
And here, I thought you were talking about Detroit...

I've never before heard of any connection between lead and lower intelligence or aggressive behavior. But nothing surprises me anymore. We've also heard of a connection between aluminum and the increase of children being born with autism. What the heck is going on out there?

My dad used to say, "Get the lead out of your pants" when we were slow to respond to his command. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything in this post.

It may account for a minor percentage of it, but...
I'm wondering if it's entirely coincidental that all these societies also suppress and seem to hate women.

Interesting thought ...but then Australia used Lead in our Petrol all into
the 21st century. Just finished recently.....but then as you say, we sleep hanging upside down so maybe.........
