You would not need a shovel here Sam. Stupid Health and safety regulations make folk wary of changing the status quo. Clear the snow and someone slips and sues the poor considerate person for having a slippery pathway.

saw your comment at my post. Excellent and if you pay it off in double
quick time then you can move onto something else that you want to upgrade...or take a rest. LOL. But either way, you keep your credit rating in a healthy state.
Those no interest lones are great so long as you don't go past that date!!!

Just wondering Sam, can you raise a few more dollars onto the morgage
to cover the expensive costs...and then concentrate on paying that part back quicker. I have no idea about managing finances in your country. Just trying to be an 'elper!!!!
