I know a lot of these things connected to modern technology are difficult to deal with, but there's gotta be a way to hook it up! I would make the same suggestion about using some kind of tech support. I hope you can get it!

That's a bummer! When something doesn't work for me I go to YouTube and find a tutorial on it! Maybe that might work in this instance! sam
