Well when one gets to a certain age one can rewrite history at present there is not a lot of written work to dispute ones say so. I won't be so easy from now on with all the facts available somewhere in the cloud. I some times hear things on the Tele., they are no way representable of the true facts but who is left to contradict them.

Since you're not writing history, the 'facticity' of events is less important than the way in which you allow their experiences to shape the lives, actions and thinking of your characters...

Re: well little girls were married at unbelievable age in the boonies and
Kabu, I think you've got a great idea. I'll get away from it for awhile. Thanks. :)

well little girls were married at unbelievable age in the boonies and
at different times and places in the long History of Humans. But I am reading here that you need a break from the hard work of putting this all together. Now just because I believe this is going to be the book of the year it is that good...well I think that you need to get away from it. How about research...like revisiting some place that would help with the story, an excuse to get away ,,Oh like a History museum maybe.

Ciel, I'm thinking you may be right about there being two projects here. :)

i once tried to draw out our family tree
but marriage, death, and divorce are agents of chaos, and I was pretty soon twisted and turned and totally out of paper. and that wasn't even with conflicting information!
I think you have two projects, at least. One is your story of heaven and maybe reconciliation, drawn from truth, but a novel. The other is your own search for the truth of things. Both would be fascinating to read!
