Good for you! Stay positive! There is nothing to be gained by being sullen or, as you said, a "doomsayer." And ya know, now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever eaten a pomegranate in my life! I love fruit, but that one seems to have gotten by me!

HEY TAPS! I agee with you, a positive attitude makes all the difference! I am ready for Spring myself! I should close on my house by early February so it is indeed a great start to the new year for me! Does Peter go back to Afghanistan soon? I so dread that for everyone! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! sam

TAPS

I do agree with you, TAPS, it's better to have a positive outlook - the negative stuff will happen all by itself anyway, LOL. And good for you for (finally!) getting those snow tires...

I can see you are finishing off the half bottles Taps. Nice to feel that you are happy and not tired. Not many twinkling lights left . The house that has Sonar panels on the roof is still flashing blue reindeers.

Truth is, no matter how bad some things get, other things will be wonderful

and delightful and full of love, full of joy. And we can choose to enlarge either one.
