I really like how you've presented this.
all of it... makes us, the readers, shift where we are 'seeing' from, rather like Henry is experiencing. It shows us different views, each one increasing our understanding and awareness of the whole picture.

Seems very realistic Pat , time heals all I suppose. I wonder if Henry had an inborn trauma which compelled him to avoid responsibility?
