At Eastertime he is going to be in Afghanistan again, driving an MRAP in the thick of things. At least that's what the Marines have planned at the moment.

Rather rough luck Taps I don't know which is worse snow or floods, I think Christmas is earlier than it used to be, but it does not seem to be much advantage this year. It will work out I am sure. Happy Christmas

A few years back, the Seattle airport was snowed under, and because the flight from Denver had no place to land, Charlie spent 3 days at the Denver airport, waiting for a flight to be not canceled, and to get standby--but he also got a ticket for a flight... and ended up getting home on Christmas Eve. I had gotten half way to the airport 3 times, in heavy snow, in the days before, because communications sucked.
Easier for him, being just one adult on his own.
