I dont but I talked to another insurance company and they didnt care where the car was garaged, but the rates were to high

She better park it until they come up with something. If you are buying her the car can't she buy the insurance.

There is nothing worse than when after the accident the ins. co. refuses to pay because there was a problem with your information and your daughter just totaled a BMW and the lady driving it is claiming whiplash.

Best thing is to give all the right info to an insurance company. I used to sell home and auto insurance for Liberty Mutual. You came out alright really because if they had given you insurance on false info you can be certain the insurance company would nullify that policy just when it's needed.

Sometimes you have to "tweak" the truth, depending on the situation. But as you've said, you were immediately honest, and now you have a slight mess on your hands. I hope there's a resolvable solution.

sure an insurance company will find that the excuse not to pay out. This is a tough one,but if the car is in daughter's name, can she get the insurance?
